Rejoice, everyone: Flipping Out is set to return to Bravo on Monday, August 17 at 10.00 pm ET/PT. Many of you have commented asking when the show will return so I am delighted to have an answer. We will have more Jeff, Zoila & Jenni so soon. One interesting twist is that because the real estate market is so horrendous, Jeff is no longer flipping, but decorating houses. I’m sure he’s still crazy.

The only housewife to actually put together an entire outfit with the amount was the only housewife who probably still needs to live by a budget: Bethenny Frankel, who is fond of saying she wasn’t able to pay rent two years ago. Flipping Out’s Jeff Lewis and his neighbor, Ugly Betty star Ashley Jensen have formally ended their spat. Back in December, the actress filed a restraining order against Jeff. They are neighbors and when Jeff’s deck encroached on Ashley’s property, he offered them $10,000. The couple consulted outside help, were told the property in dispute was actually worth $100,000. When the couple approached Jeff with this new figure, things got ugly.

Both parties have now settled and Jeff ended up paying the Jensens’ $30,000 (his second offer and what inspired the restraining order); not even half of the 100 grand they were seeking. He can’t help but get a bitchy little dig in at Ashley when asked about the settlement:

“I’m happy Ms. Jensen has returned to Earth, removed the restraining order, and insisted we settle our boundary dispute for my original offer of $30,000. Clearly, she has milked this publicity opportunity for all it’s worth.”

Bravo’s A-List Awards went down in Los Angeles this weekend (the show airs April 15 right after Kathy Griffin’s new stand up special). Here’s a sneak peek of your Bravo celebrities on the red carpet.

Rachel Zoe was running late so she just draped her bed sheets around herself and threw on some jewelry.

Work Out’s Jackie Werner wants you to know she is a strong lesbian woman. She should’ve left the top up on the convertible, though.

The cast of the beloved Flipping Out looks lovely. They could’ve let Zoila wear something not resembling a maid uniform, though. Give her some glamour! Also, is it just me or has Jeff’s partner Brad shrunk? He looks so small here.

I usually don’t like Patti Stanger’s fashion choices, but this one suits her well. Busty ladies will never go wrong with the V-neck. I believe this is her boyfriend Andy. Of course he’s tall, dark and handsome, just like Patti likes them.

And of course, your favorites, the Real Housewives of Orange County looking surprisingly classy for a change. How do we feel about their fashion choices? Oddly enough, usually the best dressed of the bunch, Gretchen’s black and white diagonal stripe dress is terrible. But everyone else looks great. I love how Tamra and Gretchen are posed on opposite sides and Tamra is working the photographers. I’m loving Lynne’s short dress; some would say a woman of her age should wear something longer, but she works hard for those legs, so she should go for it. Even Lauri Waring is looking tasteful. What do you think, lovies?

Ryan Brown of Flipping Out has updated his blog with news that Season 3 of the reality show has started filming this week. Thank God. I need more Zoila and Jeff, and I need it as soon as possible.

It’ll be interesting to see how their business, which deals in high end homes, has had to change due to the crappy real estate market. Also, what of his drama with Ugly Betty’s Ashley Jensen?

When Jeff gave his maid Zoila a butt ugly painting of her instead of letting her take time off for her birthday, it was probably one of the funniest WTF moments on any tv show, well ever.

The relationship between Jeff and Zoila became the best part of the show, and if you feel bad that Jeff is such a controlling boss, the following clip of the two of them in cahoots hazing a new employee over vacation time..well, let’s just say it appears that Zoila is in on the joke:

OMG, this story is so good it’s like it came out of my dreams. The players: a bitchy queen (Jeff Lewis of Flipping Out), a somewhat famous actress on an equally ridiculous show (Ashley Jensen of Ugly Betty aka the wisecracking Scottish girl) and a fight about rich people concerns, i.e., not real problems.

The details: Lewis is renovating a house next door to Jensen’s in Los Angeles so he could you know, flip it out. He built a deck on the house, which encroached on Jensen’s property. According to E! Online, Lewis offered Jensen $10,000 to let the deck stay. Ashley and her husband got a second opinion and consulted with a “real estate expert” , who told them that the property Lewis had tread upon was actually worth $100,000.

Ashley and her husband, Terence Beasley (pictured above ) tell Jeff, who obviously doesn’t want to pay them 100 grand. He counters with an offer of 30 grand and told them if they didn’t take it, he would make their lives very difficult and talk smack about them on the upcoming season of Flipping Out.

Both parties have hit each other with restraining orders (Lewis’s business partner Ryan Brown, pictured below was also included in the restraining order) and Ashley has asked Jeff to remove the deck.

Jeff denies threatening Ashley and her husband and says that they used his known persona on Flipping Out to take advantage of this situation and get attention for themselves. He says: ” We have a simple encroachment dispute that should have been resolved informally. Having apparently watched my reality show, they now feel they can exploit my personality to increase their media exposure and their alleged damages.”

Sure, Zoila could leave the show…. -if she thought $10,000 would keep her comfy for awhile and she’d never have to work again.

However, it’s LA and it’s not cheap.

According to a Bravo TV press release, “An auction for the portrait of Zoila Chavez, Jeff Lewis‘ loving housekeeper from Bravo’s “Flipping Out,” broke records for BravoTV.com, raising over $10,000. The auction for [Zoila] Chavez’s portrait was announced during the “Flipping Out Reunion Special” which aired on Bravo on August 12, 2008. The painting was featured in an episode this season and was originally given to [Zoila] Chavez as a birthday present from Lewis. The online bidding frenzy lasted for one week, finally coming to close yesterday evening. All proceeds from the auction will go directly to Lewis’ devoted housekeeper.

” If I knew how much the painting was going to sell for, I never would have agreed to surrendering all the proceeds,” joked Lewis. “I am worried that with this much cash in hand, she might leave me. But in all honesty, she deserves every penny for having put up with me for so long.”

Well, if and when I look “well rested”, I should be at the funeral parlor. I’ll have the “rest” of my life.

Truth be told, cosmetic surgery is something that should have never been in Joan Rivers or Joan Van Ark’s vocabulary. Those are some scary bee-otches, aren’t they??!
